Benefits of Sukh Shiksha Yojana 

• It is very beneficial for Widows, destitute, divorced women and disabled parents female in the state who are living separately with their children from last 7 years so can become financially independent and provide the higher education to their children.
• The scheme is divided into two categories including benefits for children age 0 to 18 and benefits for children age 19 to 27. where mothers will get Rs 1000 per month for their under 18 children who are studying in schools so they can avail educational expenses and other expenses for the children accordingly

Himachal Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has said that the state government has started Mukhyamantri Sukh Shiksha Yojana, taking an important initiative for the bright future of poor children. Sukh Shiksha Yojana 2024 Eligibility Criteria 

• Only Widows, destitute, divorced women and disabled parents can apply for a program in the state.
• The applicant should be a permanent resident of the Himachal Pradesh
• If you are a divorced or destitute female then it is important to live separate from your family for last 7 years with your child
• The age of a child should be between 0 years to 27 years.
• Only those females who belongs to the economically weaker section and the annual family income is less than 1 lakh rupees can only apply for the program.

• Aadhar card of the applicant and children
• Domicile certificate
• Income certificate
