Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship 2025: A special scholarship is being conducted by the Maharashtra State Government for the Scheduled Castes category of the state. This scholarship is being run by the Maharashtra State Government and the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, through which Scheduled Castes are provided financial assistance to study in class 11th and 12th. Through this scholarship scheme, children studying in class 11 and 12 are provided to the students every month and this amount of ₹ 300 is provided to children in class 11 and 12th. Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To get the benefit of this scholarship, some eligibility criteria have been set by the Maharashtra State Government which is as follows.
- The benefit of this scholarship will be given only to Indian citizens.
- To take advantage of this Chhatrapati, it is mandatory for the candidate to be a native of Maharashtra.
- At the same time, only scheduled caste students are selected under this scholarship.
- Under this scholarship, it is mandatory for the student applying for the recognized educational institution to pass tenth and the student must have more than 75% percent in class X.
- To take advantage of this scholarship, the student must have an admission certificate of class 11th or may also be studied in class 12th.
- In this scholarship, priority will be given to such candidates who are disabled from Scheduled Castes and whose economic condition is very bad.

The candidates for Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship 2024-25 will be selected on the basis of eligibility criteria in which the educational performance and economic status of the candidate will be given priority.
Students who have more than 75% marks in class X and whose economic condition is much worse than the rest will be given priority in scholarship.
Under this scholarship, priority is also given to girl students and disabled students.
